Valeria Cis was born and lives in Rosario. She graduated from the School of Fine Arts, at the National University of Rosario, specializing in Painting and Engraving. She has been an illustration professor at the Institute of Visual Communication since 2003 and works daily in her studio La Casuni, in Rosario.

In illustration, she is represented by the MB Artists agency in the United States.

Her career has developed between illustration and artistic painting. As a children books illustrator, she has worked for publishers in Argentina, Chile, Puerto Rico, the United States, Canada, Korea, and Spain.

Acrylic on paper or canvas has always been the medium in which she captures her work.She is currently developing a series of large paintings within the theme that walks between the feminine and the botanical.Keep painting
